List cleaning

Upload the list. Cull the dead weight.

Every address in your CSV gets the full deep scan: the mailbox probe, not just the surface checks. You get back a verdict and a receipt for every row, sorted and ready to export.

№ III The clean list
01What comes back

Verdicts, not vibes.

Four verdicts, each one backed by the server’s own reply. No mystery score you have to take on faith.

01 · Deep scan on every row

The mailbox probe, not a surface check

Free and Pro run the same engine. Each address gets the SMTP handshake, catch-all detection, and a greylist retry where the server stalls.

02 · Export what you need

Deliverables only, or the whole annotated file

Download just the safe-to-send rows, or your original CSV with verdict, reason, and score columns added.

03 · Then it’s gone

The file is wiped after the scan

Your raw CSV is deleted from disk shortly after processing. Results stay in your account until you delete them.

02Upload to export

Three steps, no babysitting.

Drop the file and walk away. Big lists run in the background and the report is waiting when you come back.

  • 1 · Upload the CSV. Any column layout works; we find the email column ourselves. Duplicates are collapsed before they cost you a credit.
  • 2 · The scan runs. Every row gets the deep scan, and the AI Analyst flags the close calls (catch-alls, role inboxes, greylisted domains) worth a second look.
  • 3 · Export and send. Take the clean list to your sender, archive the report, and your raw file is already gone from our disk.

500 checks a month on the free plan, enough to clean a small list end to end and read every receipt yourself.

Common questions

How do I clean an email list?

Upload a CSV. Every row gets the full deep scan, a verdict, and a receipt, then you export the cleaned file with the bad addresses flagged so you can remove them.

Will it remove good addresses?

No. Deliverable addresses are kept. Only risky, undeliverable, and unknown are flagged, and every flag is backed by the SMTP reply so you decide what to cull.

What file formats do you accept?

CSV and similar delimited files. Each address gets the same mailbox probe the single check uses.

How accurate is the cleaning?

Around 91 to 93 percent on real lists, with a receipt on every row so you can audit any verdict.
